We are a Weymouth based independent family-owned company that pride ourselves in offering a responsive, friendly, polite and professional service.
We have internal expertise in Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Facilities Management, Legal (land law), Fire and Flood restoration, Budgeting, Contractor Management, Project Management, Maintenance & Companies Management (legal and companies house). We have a range of verified contractors who can assist with clients’ requirements, or we are happy to take over and manage your existing contractors.
We aim to be a one stop shop for all your Block Management, Estate Management and Company Secretary requirements.
We only offer our service in the Weymouth and Portland and surrounding area so we are able to attend site if necessary and properly get to know and support our client base and the leaseholders we provide support to.
Sirius Property Services Ltd is headed by Managing Director, Gary Hepburn who has been part of the Weymouth community all his life and is well known within the local community.
Disclosure of Commissions etc.
It is commonplace for Managing Agents to receive commission from insurers and other suppliers as an incentive to place clients business with them. It is good practice and soon to be a legal requirement that all such commissions, payments or incentives are declared to clients.
It is Sirius Property Services Ltd’s strict policy that neither the company, its directors, or staff will receive any commission, remuneration, gift, or any other form of incentive of any type from any insurance company, broker or any other service provider, or contractor that we engage on behalf of our clients.
