• Issuing shares and holding registers of shareholders
• Ensuring companies house information is submitted in a timely manner
• Providing access to directors and members to statutory files
• transferring clients’ share certificates and stock
• arranging and providing notification of company AGM’S
• taking and publishing meeting minutes
• chairing company meetings if requested
• advising on matters of company law
